SS SCILLA

SS Scilla, built by MacNab & Co., Greenock in 1866 and owned at the time of her loss by Societa Italiana De Servizi Marittimi, Venice, was an Italian steamer of 1220 tons. On October 18th, 1915, Scilla with general cargo, was sunk by the German submarine U-35 (Waldemar Kophamel), off North Sporades Islands, Aegean Sea.
