On 03/10/1915 the French steamer ANTONIE was carrying a cargo of provisions in the Cerigo Strait, when she was stopped and sunk by the U-33 (under the command of Konrad Gansser), 30 miles SW of Cape Matapan (Greece). There were no casualties.
