SS Euston

SS Euston, built by J. Blumer & Co., Sunderland in 1910 and owned at the time of her loss by Euston SS. Co. Ltd. (E. Thomas Radcliffe & Co.), London, was a British steamer of 2841 tons. On October 25th, 1917, Euston, on a voyage from Malta to Mudros (Greece) with a cargo of coal, was sunk by the German submarine UC-34 (Horst Obermüller), 37 miles SW from Cape Matapan. 1 person was lost.
